As we are nearing the end of the year, I thought it would be interesting to share a few statistics about the growth of the Xojo community in 2014.
This year the Xojo Forum community grew by more than any previous year in the last decade. When a new user creates a xojo.com account, they must choose if they wish to be a member of the Forum community. This option is off by default. Despite that, the number of new forum members doubled in 2014. In fact, some time very soon we will have our 10,000th forum member! Activity on the forum jumped dramatically as well, up 67% over the last 12 months. The Xojo Forum community is growing rapidly and I’m betting that it’s going to continue in 2015.
Lastly, we just shipped Xojo 2014r3 with iOS which, based upon the results we have seen since it launched on the 9th, is the best launch in our company history.
