More Control Over Your Charts

Starting with Xojo 2024r4 the Chart feature provides even more control over how DataSets are drawn through new properties on Desktop, Web and iOS. Also, for Desktop, the Chart control adds two new Event handlers to draw the datapoints of the chart in any way you want.

New Additions to DesktopChart, MobileChart and WebChart

DesktopChart, MobileChart, and WebChart have received some new features and improvements based mostly on user feedback. New features include a new Stacked chart type, more customization options for the already supported chart types and improvements to the chart control itself. WebChart, Easy as Pie

Among the many new features introduced by the Web Framework 2.0, one of my favourites is the new WebChart class. Based on Chart.js, this class offers a total of eight chart types you can create and use really easily in your projects; including the Line, Bar, Pie or Doughnut chart types among others.
